Growing up surrounded by animals and frequently visiting my family’s farm, I developed a deep love for agriculture and natural resources. This early connection to farming has shaped my passion for the field and inspired my academic path. Through my minors in Anthropology, Psychology, and English, I have gained a diverse skill set that will be valuable as I pursue a career in agriculture and natural resources. Anthropology has given me insights into human cultures and their relationships with the environment, which is crucial for sustainable agricultural practices and community-driven conservation. Psychology has deepened my understanding of human behavior, which will aid in the design of more effective strategies to promote eco-friendly practices. Additionally, my English studies have sharpened my ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, a skill that will be essential for working with stakeholders and influencing policy decisions in this field.
